FSE 05 Projectile Challenge Lab

In this lab, students determine the initial launch velocity of a ball by setting a launcher vertically, recording its motion in slow motion, and analyzing the total flight time to calculate velocity using kinematics. Students thus acquire relevant Physics principles in the Projectile Motion unit of AP Physics C: Mechanics.

Conclusion:

The car should start 0.43 seconds before the ball is launched in order to hit the car with the ball from the launcher.
